Potentially—but the result depends on why you are attending the clinic and current Virginia DMV rules.
Qualifying Attendance
Virginia DMV states that a driver may be awarded five safe-driving points after successfully completing a Driver Improvement Clinic, subject to applicable eligibility rules.
